I've got this really painful pimple inside my nose, and it's making one side of my nose swell up. I'm wondering if I can use Surfaz SN ointment on it to help. If that's not a good idea, could you suggest another remedy that might work? It's really uncomfortable.

I'm dealing with a lot of sexual health issues, like redness and patches on the foreskin and tip of my penis for the last two years.
