I've got this reddish bump on the side of my face with a black dot in the middle and I'm not sure what it is. It's kind of worrying me. Could it be something serious or should I just wait it out?

View allI'm dealing with some rashes and itching around my private parts, and they're also spreading to my buttocks. I've been using hallovate s cream for about a month. The problem is, the rashes seem to go away but then come back within a week. Why might this be happening, and what can I do to get rid of them for good?

I've been dealing with itching around my testicles for about three months now and the cream my doctor suggested hasn't really helped. I'm getting worried and wonder what else I could do to help with this issue. Do you have any advice on how to improve this situation?
Use an antifungal cream like Clotrimazole on the affected areas. Take guidance from a doctor to determine the frequency of application. Additionally, keeping the area clean and dry, wearing loose-fitting underwear made of breathable fabric, and avoiding scratching the area can also help alleviate the itching. If the symptoms persist or worsen, please follow up with your doctor for further evaluation.
