I've got scars on my face from a garlic burn and I'm really worried about them. Do you think these scars are going to be there forever, or is there a chance they'll go away on their own? How long does it usually take for this kind of scar to disappear completely without any treatment?

I have a white patch on my lip from biting it too much and since my skin is fair, my lips are naturally pink so the patch stands out. My lower lip is also pretty big. Is there any way to fix this without surgery?
