View allI'm feeling a bit worried because my doctor at Medanta Gurgaon mentioned that I might need frenuloplasty surgery. Are there any other options or alternatives to this procedure? I'm not sure what to do and would really appreciate some guidance.
Frenuloplasty is commonly recommended to treat a tight or shortened frenulum, but alternatives like steroid creams or stretching exercises might help in milder cases. It's best to discuss with your doctor if these options could be suitable for you.

I'm a 34-year-old and I'm concerned about my sex life. I'm noticing that the duration is really short, like it only lasts about a minute. On top of that, my sex drive has been pretty low too. Is there anything I can do to make it last longer and increase my desire?
Yes you can use it. but consult with your doctor first

I've been wondering about something and could really use some guidance. I'm 17 now, and I've been masturbating for around 2 years. Ive heard that semen contains zinc, and I'm worried if this could actually lower testosterone levels over time. Is this something I should be concerned about or is it just a myth?
No, masturbation does not lower testosterone levels
