I've got a small lump on the right side of my neck, and while it doesn't hurt, I'm kind of worried. Could this be a sign of tuberculosis or something similar?

I'm dealing with spine TB and have been on TB meds for six months now. I did a CT biopsy, and all TB drugs seem to be working. But my MRI report after six months doesnt show any improvement; in fact, it says the infection has increased. I couldn't walk at all when I started, but now I can walk without any pain, and I've even gained 10 kilos. I'm just confused and a bit worried about why the MRI isnt showing progress even though I feel better. What could be going on?

I'm really worried right now. I had sex with a sex worker and used a condom, but I'm anxious about the risks of HIV. Is there any chance of getting HIV if the outside of the condom touched my penis after ejaculation? Also, after I touched her vagina and then my penis, could that have been risky too? Another thing, I kissed her body but avoided her lips and vagina. Should I be concerned about that? Please help me figure out what to do next.

I'm really worried about my friend. They had some kind of oral exposure about 5 months ago, and when they got tested at 3 months, they were negative for both HSV 1 and 2, both igm and igg. But heres what's concerninghe did another test after 5 months, and his igg value shot up to 18. Just last week, he was recovering from dengue fever, so I'm wondering if that's somehow causing the igg levels to be high. Should he go for another test just to be sure? If he does have this infection, whats the treatment like? Does this mean he has to deal with it forever now? Any advice would be really helpful.
