I've got some acne and scars, and I'm wondering if the melano tx cream could help with both. Can you tell me how much to use and when's the best time to apply it?

I'm dealing with this ringworm issue on my testicles and the area around them for the past 5-6 years, and even though I've used many antifungal creams recommended by doctors, nothing seems to work. It's especially bad when I sweat a lot in the summer, and the itching gets unbearable. Do you have any advice on how I can permanently get rid of this? Any help would be really appreciated.

Is Tenovate a steroid cream? I came across two types: Tenovate cream base and Tenovate ointment base. I was told to use the cream base for my eczema blisters, but because of the dry weather, I switched to the ointment without talking to my doctor. Was that a mistake? Also, I've heard about Clobetasol being a steroid, is that true?

Yes you can have it no problem, moisturize it often and do not let your skin become dry and yes clobetosol is a steroid

I'm really concerned about my skin tone, which is wheatish. I've tried so many creams to lighten it, but nothing seems to be working. Can you suggest any really effective creams for my face?

For improving skin complexion, you can try using a cream containing hydroquinone, which is a skin-lightening agent. One option is "Melalite Forte Cream", which contains 4% hydroquinone. You can apply a thin layer of this cream on the affected areas of your face once daily in the evening. Additionally, using a sunscreen with a high SPF during the day is important to protect your skin from further darkening.
