I'm taking one Sinarest tablet at night, but my symptoms aren't getting better. I have a cold with yellow mucus, a mild fever, and a throat infection. Should I consider taking antibiotics as well? Is amoxicillin 250mg okay? I've been dealing with this for the past two days, and I have chronic maxillary sinusitis. What do you think I should do?

I've been dealing with a deviated septum where my right nostril is almost completely blocked and I can only breathe through the left side. Lately, my snoring has gotten really bad is surgery the only option or are there other ways to manage this?

While surgery (septoplasty) is often necessary to correct a deviated septum and improve breathing, it's not always the first or only option. If your symptoms are manageable, medications like decongestants, antihistamines, and nasal steroid sprays can be used to alleviate nasal congestion and inflammation. If your snoring is also a problem, lifestyle changes and certain devices can help reduce snoring. If symptoms worsen or are persistent, then surgery may be considered.

I'm noticing a bit of redness inside my left nostril. There's no pain, just some irritation, and I've been rubbing it a bit. I recently spent a day in a house that's under construction, and now it's feeling itchy. Could this be something serious that needs me to see an ENT, or is there a simple solution I can try at home?

For itchiness and irritation, you can use saline nasal spray and if you have dust allergy, use face mask in exposure to dust or pollution.
