I've got some questions about my recent ultrasound results. The report mentioned that the placenta is far from the internal os and that the cervix is measuring 33 mm. Should I be concerned about this? Is it considered a good or bad sign? Id really appreciate your input on whether these results are normal or if there's anything I should be worried about.

View allI'm taking Novelon for 21 days as prescribed by my doctor. My gynecologist told me to come in on the first day of my period, but I'm wondering how long it'll take to see improvement with my PCOS. Could you let me know what to expect?
Novelon is often prescribed to help regulate menstrual cycles and manage symptoms of PCOS. It may take a few cycles (usually 2-3 months) to see noticeable improvements in hormonal balance and menstrual regularity. It's important to follow up with your gynecologist for further guidance and monitoring as your treatment progresses.

I found a moderate well-defined echo-free cyst in my right adnexa measuring 54mm x 36.8mm and the right ovary isn't visible because of it. There's no septa, calcification, or solid parts right now. Should I be worried about this? Do I need surgery or can it be managed with medicine?
A simple adnexal cyst without solid parts or septation is usually benign. Observation and follow-up scans are preferred unless symptoms worsen.
