I've got this sudden swelling on my upper lip since the day before yesterday, and it hasnt gone down at all. I already took sitragin, but it doesnt seem to be helping. Can you please tell me what might be going on or suggest what I should do next?

I've got rashes all over my body, and while it's getting a bit better, now I've got rashes on my penis. Some skin around the meatus has come off, and I'm really worried. I've been using povidone-iodine powder, Betadine, and taking Megazolid 600 tablets, but I'm not sure if that's helping. What should I do?
This could be fungal infection u need to evaluate with your Dermatologist and get appropriate treatment with oral antifungal medications and topical lotions,once the infection is resolved your hair fall would come down,I suggest you not to use minoxidil with active fungal infection,above this your personal hygiene care is more important.
