I've had this medium-sized fungal issue near my upper thigh for the past month. I've tried various treatments like the Gurda tube, but it's still lingering. Could you suggest what else I might try for these types of fungal infections? I'm worried and hoping for some guidance on what I can do next.

I'm really worried because I have super sensitive, acne-prone skin and I just started using ACNESTAR soap since I have pimples almost everywhere on my body. I've also been applying pure aloe vera and leaving it on overnight, plus I began drinking Safi from yesterday. But last night, my skin was really itchy. Could this itchiness be from the soap, or maybe it's from combining the soap, Safi, and aloe vera all at once? I'm not sure what to do. Can you give me some advice, please?

ACNESTAR soap contains Salicylic Acid which can sometimes cause skin irritation, especially if you have sensitive skin. Safi is an herbal blood purifier and can sometimes cause allergic reactions in some individuals. Using multiple products together can also sometimes lead to skin irritation. I would recommend stopping the ACNESTAR soap for now and see if the itching improves. You can continue using the aloe vera gel before sleeping as it is generally soothing for the skin. As for Safi, you can also stop it temporarily to see if the itching subsides.

I've been dealing with a lot of ingrown hairs on my legs from shaving, and it's really frustrating. I've tried waxing multiple times, but those pesky ingrown hairs just won't disappear. It's starting to feel hopeless. Is there any solution to finally get rid of them once and for all?
