I've got these acne scars on my face and they're really getting me down. It's affecting my confidence and I just want them gone. There aren't too many of them, but as a student, I don't have a big budget to work with. Can you suggest a way to fix them?

I've got these tiny dots all over my face, kind of like little bumps and they're not quite like pimples. They're all over, but especially on my nose.
