I've got these dark patches on my face and started using Dermadew Aloe lotion. Should I be applying it all over my face or just on the dark patches? I'm a bit confused about the best way to use it and could use some advice.

You can apply Dermadew Caloe lotion on the affected areas of your face where you have dark patches. Use a small amount of lotion and gently massage it into the skin until it is absorbed. Apply it twice daily for best results.

I got bitten by some insect on my thigh on Tuesday, and it started to swell, so I went to a general physician who assured me there was nothing to worry about and gave me a tablet. But today, it's hurting again, and when I used a pin to check the area, a lot of blood suddenly came out. I'm really concerned about what's going on. Could you please advise?

You may have inadvertently drained an abscess or a hematoma that formed as a result of the insect bite, and while it may provide temporary relief, it's essential to consult the general physician again or visit an urgent care center to assess the wound, prevent infection, and receive proper treatment, such as antibiotics or further drainage, to promote healing and avoid complications.
