I've got these really small blade cut marks on my leg. They're not super noticeable, but I can't stop thinking about getting rid of them for good. Any ideas on how I can permanently remove them?

View allI'm really curious about ways to improve skin fairness for both adults and kids. Are fruits alone enough for achieving this? I've heard about some skin fairness treatments at your hospitalcould you tell me more about how they actually work?
Improving skin fairness requires a combination of healthy habits, dietary changes, and medical treatments. Fruits are beneficial, but not enough on their own. *Healthy Habits* 1. *Sun protection*: Use sunscreen (SPF 30+) and protective clothing to prevent UV damage. 2. *Hydration*: Drink plenty of water to maintain skin health. 3. *Exercise*: Regular physical activity promotes overall well-being. 4. *Sleep*: Aim for 7-8 hours of sleep per night to help skin regeneration. *Dietary Changes* 1. *Fruits*: Consume fruits rich in antioxidants (berries, citrus fruits, apples). 2. *Leafy greens*: Eat leafy greens (spinach, kale, collard greens) for their antioxidant properties. 3. *Nuts and seeds*: Include nuts and seeds (almonds, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds) for their healthy fats and antioxidants. 4. *Omega-3 rich foods*: Consume omega-3 rich foods (salmon, walnuts, chia seeds) for their anti-inflammatory properties. *Medical Treatments* 1. *Chemical peels*: Exfoliates the skin, reducing hyperpigmentation. 2. *Microdermabrasion*: Non-invasive exfoliating treatment. 3. *Laser skin rejuvenation*: Stimulates collagen production, reducing fine lines and hyperpigmentation. 4. *Skin brightening creams*: Containing ingredients like kojic acid, vitamin C, or niacinamide. *Skin Fairness Treatments* 1. *Glutathione injections*: Antioxidant that helps reduce melanin production. 2. *Vitamin C injections*: Antioxidant that promotes collagen production and skin brightening. 3. *Skin brightening facials*: Customized facials using brightening agents like vitamin C, kojic acid, or licorice

I've noticed some sores down there a couple of days ago, and now they're spreading. There's pus coming out, and it really burns when I pee. I'm pretty worried about what this could be. Any idea what's going on and what I should do?

I'm noticing that my skin gets fairer when I use Skinlite and Kozicare creams, but if I stop using them, it becomes darker again. Is it safe to keep using these skin whitening creams all the time, or could that cause problems down the line?
Using skin whitening creams like Skinlite and Kozicare long-term can harm your skin, as they often contain steroids or harsh chemicals that cause dependency and side effects like thinning skin or pigmentation issues. Its better to stop them and consult a dermatologist for safer alternatives to manage skin tone or pigmentation. Focus on a healthy skincare routine with sunscreen and gentle products.
