I've got these spots from the middle of my calf down to my ankles and feet. Some of them look like broken blood vessels, and others are this brownish, almost rust color. Is this something I should be worried about, or is it normal?

I've dealt with Jock Itch before and my doctor advised using betnovate cream, which really helped clear it up quickly.
