I've got these two hard pimples filled with pus on my scrotum. They're not painful, but I can't seem to get rid of them just by pressing. I'm getting a bit worried. Could this be something serious? What should I do?

I'm really worried about the dark patches on my skin because I'm pretty sure it's Acanthosis nigricans.
