I've got these two hard pimples filled with pus on my scrotum. They're not painful, but I can't seem to get rid of them just by pressing. I'm getting a bit worried. Could this be something serious? What should I do?

I'm having this recurring issue with skin rashes around my private area. I've tried using Dermi Ford K5, but it hasn't really fixed the problem permanently. What could be causing this, and do you have any advice for how I can deal with it? It's really uncomfortable and I'm not sure what to do.
