I've got these yellow nails that are really painful, and I'm not sure who I should see about it. My fingernails are turning yellow, and it's worrying me. Any idea which doctor is best to consult for something like this?

Yellow nails can be a sign of a fungal infection or other underlying health issues. You can start by using an over-the-counter antifungal nail cream like Lamisil cream twice a day on the affected nails. Additionally, you can take oral antifungal medication like Terbinafine. Make sure to keep your nails clean and dry, and avoid wearing nail polish until the condition improves. If the symptoms persist or worsen, you should consult a dermatologist for further evaluation and treatment.

I've been dealing with these red rashes around my groin area for a while now. Every now and again, small blisters pop up, but they usually go away when I use Fourderm cream. The problem is, they keep coming back pretty quickly once the cream treatment is over. I'm starting to get worried because this has been going on for quite some time. Can you give me some advice on what might be causing this or suggest a more lasting solution?

I'm 21 and I'm really struggling with a lot of pimples and acne right now, which I think might be because of my body having too much internal heat. They're popping up around my nose, near my lips, on my forehead, and cheeks. The ones on my forehead are especially frustrating because they swell up but dont really have any seed or pus in them. Any advice on what might be causing this or how I can treat it?
