I've got this thing going on where I have symptoms that seem like a lipoma on my head. It's been there for about three years, and it's slowly been getting bigger. It also tends to hurt, especially when I'm stressed. I'm really curious about what might be causing this and what options I have for dealing with it. Where should I go first to get some answers or treatment for this?

But honestly, I haven't seen any improvement after a month of this regimen. Should I consider seeing a specialist or maybe switch up the treatment plan? Its getting a bit frustrating.

I'm dealing with a lot of acne scars all over my face, and the acne itself just won't stop. I've been using Betnovate N, which seems to be doing wonders for reducing the pimples, but the scars aren't budging at all. Could you give me some advice on what I should do about the scars?
- For acne scars, consider using products with ingredients like retinoids, vitamin C, or niacinamide to promote skin healing and reduce pigmentation. For active acne, keep using Betnovate N as its helping, but also consult a dermatologist for long-term
