I'm worried because yesterday I made a mistake and used hand sanitizer on my face and inside my nostrils when something dirty fell on me. I know I shouldn't have done it, and now I'm a bit concerned about any possible issues. I'm having a slight headache and the air I breathe through my nose feels warm. I'm really concerned because I've had this sore throat for about two months now. It's red at the back and hurts a bit when I swallow. I've seen a couple of doctors alreadyfirst, I had a throat culture which was negative, then the ENT specialist prescribed calithromycin or cliff tablets, plus a gastric tablet and painkiller, but that didnt help at all. At RML hospital, they suggested amoxicillin for 6 days and sefixime for 5 days, still no relief. I read somewhere that it might be post-nasal drip and was advised to try an anti-allergy tablet and a steroid nasal spray. Can you suggest any specific nasal sprays or antiallergy tablets that might help?
