I've got this white spot on my neck and hand that's really worrying me - it came up suddenly and looks unusual. What could be causing these white patches to appear out of nowhere? Should I see a dermatologist right away or is there something I can try at home first? The one on my neck seems to be spreading a bit which has me concerned.

I'm 20 and I've started noticing something odd with my beard it's usually full dark, but now I've got about 15 hairs turning brown. I'm a bit puzzled since no one in my family, including my brother, has a brown beard. I'm trying to figure out if this is just normal or if it's a sign it might go grey soon. Could it be due to poor nutrients, or maybe too much sun exposure? What's really causing this?

Don't worry, 15 brown hairs in a full dark beard is a minor change. _Normal Variation_: It's common for beards to have a few stray hairs of different colors. _Possible Causes_: 1. _Sun exposure_: Sunlight can lighten or change hair color. 2. _Nutritional variations_: Minor fluctuations in vitamin or mineral intake might affect hair color. 3. _Hormonal changes_: Hormonal fluctuations can influence hair growth and color. _Unlikely to Turn Gray Soon_: 15 brown hairs don't indicate imminent graying. _Monitor and Maintain_: 1. _Keep an eye on changes_: If the brown hairs increase or spread, consult a doctor. 2. _Maintain a balanced diet_: Ensure adequate vitamins and minerals. 3. _Protect your beard from sun damage_: Use a hat or hair products with SPF. Consult a doctor if you're concerned or notice significant changes.

I've been on 30 mg of Accutane for about seven months now and my skin is definitely breaking out less, but I've started getting these painful bumps under my skin that are filled with a clear fluid, kinda like water. They seem to keep popping up on my forehead and chin. Just when one goes away, another one shows up somewhere else. Why is this happening and what can I do to get rid of them?

I've been experiencing this strange sensation during the evenings, like insects or something are crawling on my skin, especially around my stomach and back. It's really itchy and doesn't seem to go away. I'm trying to figure out what might be causing it and why it happens. Could you provide some insight?

Psorolin B ointment is advised for local application, also take tab allegra 120 mg orally for 2 weeks, if any side-effects dermatologist opinion is advised to the patient.
