I've had abnormally large tonsils for a while and tonsil stones before, so I know what those are like. But now I've found this hard white lump deep beneath the skin, and it seems like it's gotten a bit bigger over the past month. I'm just wondering what this could be and if it's something I should be concerned about?

my doctor recommended septoplasty fess and turbinoplasty for a deviated nasal septum and bilateral ethmoid and maxillary sinusitis but I'm not sure if it's really necessary could I manage without surgery or are there other options

It's understandable to have concerns about surgery, especially when dealing with a deviated septum and sinusitis. While surgical correction (septoplasty, FESS, and turbinoplasty) can be effective for these conditions, it's not always the first or only option. You can explore alternative approaches, such as medication and lifestyle changes, to manage your symptoms before considering surgery

I'm really concerned about my 5-year-old. He's been snoring a lot, and every time the weather changes even a little, he gets a cold, cough, and sometimes a fever. One doctor mentioned something about getting an X-ray to check for an adenoid issue, and now an ENT specialist is suggesting surgery. I'm worried about going through with surgery at such a young age. Do you think it's the right move? And if we do decide on surgery, which hospital would you recommend for something like this?

I'm noticing a weird sound in my throat whenever I drink something, and my left ear seems a bit off too. There's no pain, but it feels like there's something on the left side of my throat. What could be causing this? Should I be worried?
