I've had abnormally large tonsils for a while and tonsil stones before, so I know what those are like. But now I've found this hard white lump deep beneath the skin, and it seems like it's gotten a bit bigger over the past month. I'm just wondering what this could be and if it's something I should be concerned about?

I've been dealing with this cough for 23 days now, and it's getting really frustrating. I'm coughing up this greenish-yellow mucus, and every single time I cough, I can't breathe and start gagging.
