I've had a blocked nose for 10 years after a nose injury that made my bone tilt to the left side. Could this be the main reason I keep getting colds? Is there a permanent fix like surgery that could finally clear this up for good?

View allI've been having neck pain since last week and even had a fever for one night. When I sleep, I usually have some discomfort, so I tried going without a pillow, which helped for a few days. I've also been sleeping under a fan at night. Today, I noticed a lump in my tonsil area on the left side of my neck, and theres pain on the right side, but the swelling is only on the left. I'm really curious and a bit worried about what might be causing this and how I can treat it. Any insights you can provide?
Fever that lasts for several days. Difficulty swallowing or breathing. If the lump gets larger or more painful over time. If there are any new lumps or unexplained symptoms that arise. get it evaluated by a doctor

I've been experiencing this weird click sensation in my throat whenever I swallow, almost like something is shifting around in there. It's not painful, but there's this constant feeling of something being there, and its seriously annoying, especially when I'm trying to sleep. I have this lingering cough sensation too, but it's mostly just an odd feeling rather than a full cough. I did drink a lot of alcohol for over a year, which I thought might be the cause, but Ive stopped drinking for the last month and a half, yet the problem persists. I've tried looking up stuff on Google but ended up more confused. Any idea what might be going on or how I can get rid of this discomfort?
That could be mucosal congestion, consume warm foods and take warm fluids which will help you,if it bothering you much visit ENT doctor for appropriate management
