I've had a chronic fissure for the past 5 days and the pain is constant can't even sit or stand properly. Is there any effective treatment besides surgery that could help? The pain is non-stop and really unbearable.

I've been dealing with acid reflux and had an endoscopy that came back normal, but my 24-hour pH monitoring showed a DeMeester score of 17.6. Does this mean I'm a candidate for antireflux surgery, or do I have to stay on meds for life? Can I choose surgery instead?

I'm having watery stools and I've already tried Sporilac and Eldoper, but nothing seems to be working. There's also a bit of stomach pain. I'm wondering if it's okay to take Nor Metrogyl since I can't find any doctors available right now. It's really urgent. Can you help?
