I've had a chronic fissure for the past 5 days and the pain is constant can't even sit or stand properly. Is there any effective treatment besides surgery that could help? The pain is non-stop and really unbearable.

I'm a bit concerned about my liver test results. My SGPT is showing 73, but my SGOT is within the normal range. The SGOTSGPT ratio is 0.47. Should I be worried about this? Everything else seems normal in my tests, but I'm not sure if these liver enzyme levels are problematic. Can you help me understand if this is something to be concerned about?
