I've had a chronic fissure for the past 5 days and the pain is constant can't even sit or stand properly. Is there any effective treatment besides surgery that could help? The pain is non-stop and really unbearable.

I've been having this really strange issue whenever I drink water. It kind of feels like it's getting stuck in my esophagus or something, and then I can't breathe for like a minute or two.
