I've had chronic sinusitis and had DNS surgery twice, but I still get heavy pressure around my forehead and eyebrows, especially on the left side. Right now, I'm taking levocetrizine hydrochloride 5mg and ambroxol HCl 60mg, which helped a bit with the dullness. Can I increase the dose to twice a day? I'm worried about side effects because last time I tried that, it caused sinus congestion and discharge. What do you suggest?

I've been chewing tobacco for the past 2 years but stopped completely now. My mouth barely opens beyond 2.5 cm and I'm worried it might be oral submucous fibrosis. Really scared of surgery are there any medications that can help improve this?
