Question

I've had a cold that just started, and now I'm experiencing some chest pressure and heavy breathing that feels kinda tight. It's pretty mild, but it's worrying me a bit. What could be causing this, and is there anything I can do to help it?

I've been really worried because my mom used to feed pigeons on her balcony every day, and they pooped there for a whole year. We stopped doing it but now I'm concerned.
