I've had constant swelling in my ankles for the past 6 years and nothing seems to help tried various treatments but no improvement. Is there any surgical option for this or could draining the fluid with a syringe work? Really worried it might be something serious.

I've noticed spider veins on both my legs and some visible green veins too now they're showing up on my arms as well is surgery the only way to treat this or are there other options
