I've had Crohn's disease since 2018 and my recent MRI and colonoscopy show my rectum has narrowed. I'm currently on mesalamine, azathioprine, and Shelcal livogen do you think I'll need surgery for this or can medication help reduce the risk of a rectum blockage?

If narrowing causes blockage risk or worsening symptoms, surgery may be needed—continue meds and monitor closely.

I'm a bit confused about how to properly take my medications. Should I be taking Pan 40 on an empty stomach and then Augmentin 625 Duo after eating? I'm just trying to make sure I'm doing it right. Can you help clarify?

I'm dealing with drooling for the past few months and I've heard it might be from worms in the stomach. I've had worm issues before, so I'm concerned this might be related. How can I put an end to this problem once and for all? Also, I've noticed a big gain in weight over the past couple of years. Could these be connected? What should I do?

Drooling may be related to various causes, and its important to get an accurate diagnosis from a healthcare provider. Worm infestations are treatable with medications, but they are unlikely to be the direct cause of drooling. For weight gain, a combination of dietary changes, physical activity, and medical consultation is necessary to manage the condition effectively.

I'm dealing with a lot of phlegm in my throat and lungs, which is making me cough a lot. I recently had laser fissurectomy and haemorrhoidopexy, and I'm already taking a lot of antibiotics. Every time I cough, it hurts, especially near the surgery area. I've been using Syp. Ascoril LS, 5ml three times a day for the past three days, and while it's helped a bit, I'm not completely better yet. Do you have any suggestions for a syrup that can help clear the phlegm and ease the cough without causing more pain?

Tab tusq for 3 days and continue the syrup
