I've had esotropia squint eye since childhood and recently found out surgery might be an option. Is squint surgery really the best treatment with no risks or are there other alternatives I could consider? I'm not happy with how it looks and want to explore solutions.

My right eye has SPH 13.0, CYL 2.0, and AXIS 170, while my left eye has SPH 7.5, CYL 1.5, and AXIS 175. I currently wear glasses but I'm considering LASIK surgery would I be a good candidate for it with these numbers? I'm a bit worried about the high SPH in my right eye and how that might affect the results.
