I've had a fever for the last nine days and I'm really worried it might be typhoid. Can you tell me what kind of foods I should be eating right now and what I should avoid? Also, I'm concerned about how this might affect my haircould you explain that too?

Can taking paracetamol help with a stomachache? I'm not sure if it's safe or effective for this kind of pain. What do you think?

Paracetamol is not typically recommended for stomach aches, as it's primarily used to relieve headaches, fever, and body aches; instead, consider over-the-counter antacids or acid reducers like ranitidine or omeprazole, but if your stomach ache persists or worsens, consult a doctor to determine the underlying cause and appropriate treatment.

I've been feeling really tired and weak after doing any kind of work, and it's been worrying me. A couple of weeks ago, I had a constant low-grade fever and sore throat that lasted for 15 days. My doctor recommended a WIDAL test, and it came back positive. But for the last three days, I havent had a fever or sore throat. Im currently taking Crocin and Doxcefo as prescribed. I'm confused about whether I'm actually dealing with typhoid, because my symptoms seem to have disappeared except for this lingering weakness. Could it be something else, or is this typical of typhoid recovery?

I'm feeling pretty rough since last night with this body ache. Now it's morning, and I'm dealing with the body ache, plus a headache and a slight fever. What medicine can I take to help? I want to mention that I'm allergic to floxacin.

-You can take paracetamol (500 mg) to reduce the fever, headache, and body acheone tablet every 68 hours as needed. Stay hydrated and rest. Since you're allergic to floxacin, avoid antibiotics without a doctor's consultation.
