I've had gallstones for 10 months now and tried homeopathic treatment from four different doctors some gave constitutional remedies, others specific gallstone medicines. While it helped with gas and pain, my stones actually increased from 4-5 to over 10. The biggest is 13mm and the rest are around 8-10mm. Is there still hope with homeopathy, or should I consider surgery as my last option? Can Ayurvedic medicine dissolve stones larger than 10mm?

A 13 mm stone in the gallbladder is considered a medium-sized stone, posing a moderate risk of complications. While it may not always necessitate immediate surgery, it warrants careful monitoring and may require surgical intervention if symptoms develop.

View allSo, I recently found out I have gallbladder stones and I'm going to have laparoscopic surgery soon. As part of the prep, they did some tests and my ECG came back showing Sinus Arrhythmia. I'm a bit worried and wondering if that's something I should be concerned about. Do you think my ECG is normal, or could there be an issue there? Also, if there is a problem, would it affect my upcoming surgery? I've also been dealing with some symptoms that might be related, like really bad acidity for the past four months, frequent burps and hiccups, feeling nauseous, and pretty intense acid reflux. It's like a liquid moves up my food pipe to my throat and causes pressure in my chest and around my food pipe. Also, I often feel short of breath during the day, but it seems to get better when I lie down. Do you think this shortness of breath is because of the gallbladder or could it be a cardio issue linked to the ECG results?

I used to eat really late around 11 pm and go straight to bed. Lately, I've been waking up with my head spinning, sweating a lot, and my whole body feels like it's shivering with pain. One time, I even threw up and after that, I felt normal again. I'm really scared because my blood pressure and sugar levels are all normal. What could be causing this?
It sounds like you experienced a sudden and intense reaction, possibly from low blood sugar or dehydration, even though your BP and sugar levels seem fine. It's good that you felt better after vomiting, but if this continues, it might be worth checking in with a doctor to rule out any underlying issues. Stay hydrated and avoid eating too late.

I've been noticing blood mixed with mucus in my stool and had a capsule endoscopy that showed duodenal and proximal jejunal lymphangiectasia along with small bowel erosions. My sigmoidoscopy also found areas of hyperemia and superficial ulcers in the rectum. Earlier CT scans showed clumped ileal loops, but after surgery, the obstruction cleared though there's still mild wall thickening, mesenteric lymphadenopathy, and a bit of straw-colored free fluid in the abdomen. Could this be IBD like Crohn's or ulcerative colitis? And what exactly is lymphangiectasia?
gastroenterology opinion is advised.
