I've had grade I carpal tunnel syndrome in my right hand for two years, and the pain keeps getting worse. Some doctors are recommending surgery, but I'm worried is the procedure safe? Will my hand lose strength after the operation? What are the possible risks or side effects? And where's the best place to get it done?
