I've had grey hair for 34 years, and now Ive noticed my beard is turning grey-white too. I tried using Altris gel as my doctor suggested for 34 months, but it didn't help. Is there any real cure for this issue? It really concerns me.

Altris gel you will have to use it for a year or so to see results. And deficiencies have to be corrected as well. There are clinical studies showing results with this but you will have to do it long term .

I'm taking iron supplements with vitamin C for three weeks now to help with my hair loss, and I noticed my ferritin levels went up from 30 to 205 in this time. But I'm still losing hair. What should I do?

It's good that your ferritin levels have increased, but hair loss can still persist. In addition to iron supplements, you can try using Minoxidil solution 5% twice daily on your scalp. This can help promote hair growth. Additionally, consider taking Biotin tablets 10 mg once daily to further support hair health. Remember to continue with your iron supplements and maintain a balanced diet rich in nutrients for overall hair health.

Can you tell me if it's okay to take tretino iso 10 mg every other day to help with my sensitive skin? I'm really hoping it will make my skin smoother and reduce pores. Does this sound like the right treatment for me?

Tretino iso 10 mg contains isotretinoin, which is commonly used to treat severe acne. It can help in reducing acne lesions and improving skin texture. However, it may cause skin dryness and sensitivity, especially in individuals with sensitive skin. Taking it on alternate days as prescribed by your doctor can help minimize side effects while still providing benefits for your skin. It may take some time to see noticeable improvements, but it can help in achieving smoother and poreless skin over time. Remember to follow your doctor's instructions carefully and avoid excessive sun exposure while using isotretinoin.
