Ive had this hard lump at the base of my skull, around 1.5 cm in size, and it's located on my occipital lobe. It's been there for about six months and recently got a bit bigger. It's occasionally itchy and causes mild pain. I've also been dealing with a persistent throat infection for a long time now. Im a bit worried about these symptoms. Could this be something serious?

View allI'm really struggling with a blocked nose because of my sinus issues, and it doesn't help that my nasal bone isn't straight. I'm not keen on the idea of surgery, so I've been using OTRIVIN nasal drops for some temporary relief. But it's getting so difficult to manage. Can you suggest any other alternatives or measures that might help? I'm desperate to find a better solution!

I recently got into a fight and ended up being slapped really hard, like twice or thrice on the left side of my face, near my ear and cheek, and close to my eye area. Right after, I had some bleeding inside my mouth, probably from biting down with my teeth. The next morning, I noticed a ringing in my ear, but there wasn't any pain. I'm struggling to hear as well out of that ear compared to the other one. There's also some swelling on my face. I'm guessing my hearing is around 50 to 60 percent, but it's just a rough estimate. Should I be worried about this? What do you think is going on with my ear and hearing?
