I've had high myopia for the past 2 years with my right eye at SPH 4.0 CYL 5.0 AXIS 20 VA 624 and left eye SPH 3.5 CYL 4.5 AXIS 160 VA 69. My doctor says there's no way to reduce my number but I'm really hoping there might be some treatment or surgery that could help. I'm only 17 and worried about my vision getting worse are there any options for me?

View allI had squint eye surgery last year but might need another one will a second surgery definitely fix my eyes this time or is there still a chance it won't work?
A second squint surgery can correct residual deviation but success depends on muscle healing, previous scarring, and proper alignment planning.

I had squint surgery in both eyes a year ago but still notice some residual squint sometimes I also have astigmatism and have worn glasses since childhood - my right eye has CYL 1 axis 10 and left eye CYL 2 axis 160 Can LASIK fix my astigmatism completely and would it help correct the remaining squint issues too I'm 26 and really want to properly address both problems
LASIK surgery can effectively address astigmatism, including your specific CYL 1 axis 10 and CYL 2 axis 160 values. However, LASIK does not correct squint, which is a misalignment of the eyes. Addressing residual squint after surgery will likely require further evaluation and potentially additional surgical adjustments.

Is LASIK or laser eye surgery safe for teenagers in the long run I'm 22 with -3 eyesight in both eyes and wondering if it's a good option for me
Yes, LASIK is safe at 22 for stable numbers—get corneal thickness and stability checked before deciding.
