I've had an incisional hernia since 1990 and now need surgery should I go for laparoscopic or open repair? Which hospital or doctor would be best for this procedure? Also, could you give me a rough estimate of the cost involved?

I've noticed a little pea-sized lump between my chest area and it sometimes comes with chest pain. I did some research online and think it might be the xiphoid process. I'm really concerned and wondering what's the best way to get it checked out. Also, if I need to have it removed, do you know what that kind of surgery might cost?

I've been diagnosed with gallbladder stones a month ago - they're 10mm, 11mm, and 13mm in size. For the past 3 months I've had constant fever and chills, extreme weakness that makes it hard to even go outside, bad bloating and indigestion, plus my eyes and face look yellowish. Is gallbladder surgery my best option at this point?
