I've had this large lipoma that's been growing slowly over time, and while doctors say it's harmless, I'm really bothered by how it looks. I'm thinking about getting it removed surgically can you recommend a good hospital for this and give me an idea of the cost?

I've always been self-conscious about my nose being too big are there any non-surgical ways to make it look smaller? I've heard about contouring or exercises but not sure if they actually work. What would you recommend?
