I've had a low-grade fever for the past two months, and my doctor recommended some blood tests. The results showed that I have typhoid, my WBC is elevated to 16,000, and my ESR is at 70. I'm really worried about what this could mean and what steps I should take next. Could you please help me understand this better and advise me on what actions are necessary?

Hey, I just had a weird experience where a mouse bit my finger. There wasn't any visible cut or bleeding, but it felt like it pinched. There's a small bump now and I'm not sure if it's related to the bite. I washed it thoroughly with Lifebuoy soap for a couple of minutes, used Dettol, and even applied extra Dettol on the spot. I got an anti-tetanus shot last year and a rabies booster just a couple of months ago, so I'm curious if I'm still at risk for anything like Hantavirus since there wasn't a clear break in the skin. I'm based in Pune and have been dealing with Tubercular Lymphadenopathy for the last 9 months, but I can still feel swollen nodes on the left side of my neck. I'm worried because even after all this treatment, the size hasn't gone down. Could you recommend a well-experienced specialist in Pune who can help me with this?
