I've had a lump next to my right ear tragus for about a year and it's been growing bigger lately. Sometimes it hurts too. Should I consider surgery or are there other options? What do you suggest I do about it?

I've been having this issue where there's a really smelly mucus coming from just one nostril, and I can't seem to shake off this runny nose. On top of that, I've been feeling kind of lethargic, and I've got this persistent headache thats just on one side of my forehead. Sometimes, I even notice some swelling on one of my cheeks.
