I've had molluscum contagiosum on my face for about 4 months now and it's really bothering me. I'm considering surgery to remove it what are my options and is it the best way to go about it? Also, how effective is surgery compared to other treatments?

I've been using sofradex cream on my face for the past 15 years because my skin is really oily and I wanted to get rid of pimples. Now, I can't find the cream anywhere, and my face has started to get dry and itchy. The skin around my eyelids is drying out too, and I'm noticing wrinkles forming. I always applied the cream at night, and I'm worried about what to do next. Any advice on how to handle this situation?

I've been dealing with this persistent jock and anal itch for the past month and it's really getting to me. I've kept up with good hygiene, like bathing twice a day and changing my underwear daily. I've also tried some home remedies and even used ring guard, but nothing seems to help. What could be causing this, and is there anything else I should try?

That could be fungal infection which needs both oral and topical antifungal medications and personal hygiene is more important for such condition.

I've been using Lomela cream for my acne and pigmentation because a friend recommended it to me. I'm curious about how long I'm supposed to keep using it after I see results. Do I need to continue applying it to maintain those results? If so, for how long should that be? I'm just trying to figure out the right approach.

Lomela cream contains hydroquinone, mometasone, and tretinoin which are used to treat hyperpigmentation and acne. It is usually recommended to use this cream for a limited period of time, typically around 4-8 weeks, to see visible results. Once you have achieved the desired results, you can gradually reduce the frequency of application. It is important to follow up with a healthcare provider or dermatologist to determine the appropriate duration of treatment based on your individual response and skin condition.
