I've had multiple lipoma swellings on my abdomen for the past two years and was told surgery is the only way to remove them. Recently, I heard homeopathy might help treat them. Is there a permanent solution in homeopathy and how long would it take to see results? I'd like to explore this before considering surgery.

I've had this cold and cough for about two weeks, and even though I've been taking medication from my general physician, I can't shake off this constant coughing sensation near my throat. It feels like something's always there, and when I cough, only a small amount comes up. It's been like this for three weeks. I tried cough syrup zinda talismath but it's not really helping. It's not super annoying, but it's definitely taking a toll on me. For the last two years, my cold and cough patterns changed. My nose doesnt get blocked anymore, but it all comes out from my mouth. I get a cold every 3-4 months, especially after having anything cold. Do you think turning to homeopathy might offer a long-term solution? I'd appreciate any advice or direction. I'm generally healthy, weigh 96 kilos, eat well, and don't drink or smoke. There's a family history of cold and cough, especially on my dads side. Any suggestions?
