I've had a preauricular sinus infection since birth with recurring pus and foul smell even after surgery it came back. Can homeopathy completely cure this or are there other options I should consider

I've had this cold and cough for about two weeks, and even though I've been taking medication from my general physician, I can't shake off this constant coughing sensation near my throat. It feels like something's always there, and when I cough, only a small amount comes up. It's been like this for three weeks. I tried cough syrup zinda talismath but it's not really helping. It's not super annoying, but it's definitely taking a toll on me. For the last two years, my cold and cough patterns changed. My nose doesnt get blocked anymore, but it all comes out from my mouth. My mom has a slipped disc causing pain from her lower back to her right leg and tingling below both knees.
