I've had a preauricular sinus infection since birth with recurring pus and foul smell even after surgery it came back. Can homeopathy completely cure this or are there other options I should consider

I've been dealing with a pilonidal sinus on the left side of my buttocks for the second time now. After taking antibiotics prescribed by my GP, I noticed two tiny holes on the cleft line one inch down diagonally from the sinus. They're not red, just small openings.
