I've had a preauricular sinus infection since birth with recurring pus and foul smell even after surgery it came back. Can homeopathy completely cure this or are there other options I should consider
Answered by 1 Apollo Doctors
homeopathy can be considered for managing the symptoms of your preauricular sinus infection, it may not be the sole or definitive treatment option, especially given its recurrence after surgery. Homeopathy may help manage symptoms like pus and foul smell, but addressing the underlying cause of the infection and its recurrence is crucial. Surgical options, potentially with a different surgical approach, and antibiotic therapy for acute infections should be considered alongside or before homeopathy.

View allI had surgery for a pilonidal sinus abscess drainage about 3 months ago but I'm still dealing with discomfort and occasional discharge. What homeopathic options could help with healing and preventing recurrence? I'm worried it might flare up again
Homeopathy may support healing post-pilonidal abscess drainage, but hygiene and wound care are essential. Recurrence may still require surgical intervention.

last year my ultrasound showed gallstones and i tried desi treatment but it didn't help now the stone is 13 mm can homeopathy cure this without needing surgery
While some smaller gallstones may be managed without surgery, a 13mm gallstone, especially if symptomatic, typically requires surgical intervention. Homeopathy is not a proven method for removing or dissolving gallstones.

I'm dealing with some pretty bad pain in my calf muscles and knees and I've been trying allopathy for 8 months now without any real relief. My MRI, Doppler, and rheumatoid factor came back okay. I've also been dealing with low vitamin D levels. Can homeopathy help with this pain? Is it actually effective for these kinds of issues?
While homeopathy may provide relief for some people, especially when traditional treatments have been ineffective, its essential to first address your vitamin D deficiency. Additionally, vitamin D supplementation, physical therapy, and appropriate lifestyle changes should be your primary focus for managing muscle and joint pain. If you choose to explore homeopathy, it can work well as a complementary treatment alongside conventional medicine, but you should not solely rely on it for immediate relief from chronic pain. Consulting a professional homeopath or doctor for a personalized treatment plan is advisable.
