I've had pretty large breasts since middle school and hit puberty fast, so I was never really comfortable with my body. I ended up wearing sports bras to make my breasts look smaller for the longest time. Now, Ive got this discoloration around my breasts from sweating and chafing. Is there any way to get rid of it?

I'm waking up every morning with this itchy feeling all over my body, and I'm even getting mild hives. It's really strange because I've never had any skin allergies before, so I'm curious about what could be causing this. It's pretty frustrating, and I'm starting to worry. Can you tell me what's going on and what might help?
The itchy skin and mild hives, particularly in the morning, could be due to dry skin, environmental factors, stress, hormonal changes, or skin conditions like eczema or urticaria, so consult a dermatologist to determine the underlying cause and develop a treatment plan.
