I've had this really painful pimple on my vaginal lip for about a week now, and it has pus. Any advice on what I should do?

It sounds like you may have a painful cyst or abscess, possibly a Bartholin's gland cyst, which can become infected and filled with pus. I recommend seeing a healthcare provider for an evaluation and potential drainage if necessary, and to avoid squeezing or irritating it further in the meantime.

The general surgeon prescribed anti-inflammatory cream, Ultracet tablets, anti-swelling meds, fiber-rich food, water, milk, and stool softeners, but she's still in a lot of discomfort. Is hemorrhoid surgery safe during pregnancy or are there other options we should consider? The pain isn't easing up and we're really worried about her condition.

Hemorrhoid surgery during pregnancy is generally discouraged due to potential risks and complications. While the general surgeon has prescribed conservative treatments, it's crucial to explore other options for pain relief and discomfort management during pregnancy
