I've had this really painful pimple on my vaginal lip for about a week now, and it has pus. Any advice on what I should do?

It sounds like you may have a painful cyst or abscess, possibly a Bartholin's gland cyst, which can become infected and filled with pus. I recommend seeing a healthcare provider for an evaluation and potential drainage if necessary, and to avoid squeezing or irritating it further in the meantime.

At what age is perimenopause?
Women start perimenopause at different ages. You may notice signs of progression toward menopause, such as menstrual irregularity, sometime in your 40s. But some women notice changes as early as their mid-30s.

I'm two months pregnant and having a hard time drinking water. Is it okay if I drink Electral powder with water every day instead? I'm really concerned about staying hydrated.
It's generally safe to drink Electral (oral rehydration solution) in moderation during pregnancy if you're having trouble drinking plain water. It helps maintain hydration and electrolyte balance, but it's important not to overdo it. If you're concerned, it's always best to consult your doctor.
