I've had recurrent shoulder dislocations it's happened over 1,000 times now. My doctor recommended surgery, but I'm unsure if it'll help. Will I be able to return to playing sports after the procedure? Does surgery guarantee a full recovery, or are there other exercises I can try to strengthen my shoulder instead?

Recurrent shoulder dislocations benefit most from arthroscopic Bankart repair—surgery helps resume sports with low recurrence if rehab is followed well.

View allI have stage 2 avascular necrosis in my left femoral head and heard homeopathy might help cure it without surgery Has anyone actually recovered this way or are there other non-surgical options that worked for people
Homeopathy may help symptoms, but there's no strong evidence it can reverse avascular necrosis. Core decompression or stem cell therapy might help before joint replacement is needed.

MRI shows interstitial injury in my ACL but the ligament is still intact, plus a grade 2 signal in the posterior horn of the medial meniscus and mild joint effusion. I don't have knee pain, just a little discomfort behind the knee. Do I need surgery or can physiotherapy help with this?
ACL repair and reconstruction .ortho opinion is advised.

I'm a bit worried about a partial tear in my medial patellofemoral ligament. Is surgery necessary, or is it something that could heal with just rest? What would be the best approach for treatment?
if it is partial tear it can be cured by rest and physiotheraphy. if still pain is persisting and reduced movements then surgery is better option
