I've had a sinus infection since I was 16, and I've tried so many antibiotics like Cefixime, Ciprofloxacin, Amoxicillin, and Azithromycin, but none of them are working for me anymore. I'm really stuck and unsure of what to try next. Is there any other treatment I could consider?

I'm trying to get some information about what my options are for dealing with a deviated nasal septum. Could you explain what the surgery involves, any potential complications, and how long the recovery typically takes? I'm a bit concerned and would really appreciate some clarity on this.

The latest procedure is an Endoscopic Nasal Surgery which can be done as a daycare procedure. Advantages include breathing nasally immediately after surgery( no packsbandages to nose), no enlargement of structure of nose externally, no complications like septal synaechaeseptal perforationseptal saddlingseptal abscess! Costs a bit more than conventional septoplasty surgery but for all these advantages... Well worth the premium costing!
