I've had a squint in my right eye since childhood but it's become more noticeable lately. I'm 28 now are there non-surgical ways to fix this? Could special glasses or eye exercises help correct it?

In such cases, corrective eyeglasses or contact lenses can help by adjusting the focus, allowing the eyes to align more naturally. This is a squint eye treatment in adults that may be practical for addressing refractive errors. Prescription eyewear compensates for vision issues that might lead to squinting

what's the prep needed before getting laser surgery for myopia with a power of 7 and how long should I rest after the procedure
Pre-LASIK prep includes corneal mapping and blood sugar control; rest for 5–7 days after surgery is typical.

My vision is 69 with 0.75 power in both eyes and I'm considering LASIK or PRK surgery. I need to reach at least 66 vision without glasses is it safe to go for the procedure with my current prescription? Just worried if my power is too low for surgery to be effective.
Low myopia (0.75D) is suitable for LASIK/PRK;with proper screening, you can expect to achieve vision 6/6 safely.
