I've had these little white spots or bumps on the inside of my thighs for about 10 days now, and they're super itchy. I've tried using calamine lotion, but it doesn't seem to be helping at all. They aren't exactly pimples, just these annoying white spots. Any idea what might be causing this or how I can get some relief?

I've been having these recurring skin allergies for about a year now. It's mostly around my pubic area, under my knee, and on my hip, and it's really itchy and red.
