I've had these little white spots or bumps on the inside of my thighs for about 10 days now, and they're super itchy. I've tried using calamine lotion, but it doesn't seem to be helping at all. They aren't exactly pimples, just these annoying white spots. Any idea what might be causing this or how I can get some relief?

Based on your description, a fungal infection like tinea cruris or irritation from sweatfriction is likely. Start with an antifungal cream and maintain good hygiene. If it doesnt improve within a week or worsens, consult a dermatologist for a precise diagnosis and stronger medications,

I'm dealing with a ringworm problem that's been going on for 8 months and I'm really worried. I've taken terbinafine 200mg for a week, itraconazole 200mg for 2 months, and fluconazole 150mg for 2 weeks. I've also tried all sorts of ointments like Luliconazole, Halovate, and even medicated lotions and powders like terbinaforce plus and stuff like keto soap. But nothing's working long-term. The ringworm seems to stop while I'm on the meds, but it comes back once I finish them. What would you recommend, or is there something else I should be doing to get rid of this for good?
That could be fungal infection which needs both oral and topical antifungal medications and personal hygiene is more important for such condition.

I'm recovering from COVID, and I've noticed that my fingers wrinkle up quickly, like when I wash my hands or have soups. They go back to normal after a while, but it's kind of strange. Is this something related to my recovery? How can I deal with it? Would love to hear your thoughts.
