I've had these little white spots or bumps on the inside of my thighs for about 10 days now, and they're super itchy. I've tried using calamine lotion, but it doesn't seem to be helping at all. They aren't exactly pimples, just these annoying white spots. Any idea what might be causing this or how I can get some relief?

Based on your description, a fungal infection like tinea cruris or irritation from sweatfriction is likely. Start with an antifungal cream and maintain good hygiene. If it doesnt improve within a week or worsens, consult a dermatologist for a precise diagnosis and stronger medications,

View allI'm dealing with a really painful rash on my scrotum that feels almost like it's turning into a wound. It's super uncomfortable and I'm not sure what to do. Can you help me figure out some remedies or advice on what steps I should take? I'm in a lot of pain and just need some guidance.
I recommend using an antifungal cream such as Clotrimazole (Canesten) twice a day on the affected area. Additionally, keeping the area clean and dry, wearing loose cotton underwear, and avoiding any potential irritants can help with the healing process. If the rash does not improve or if you develop any other symptoms, please follow up with a healthcare provider for further evaluation.

I've had hidradenitis suppurativa for 10 years and I'm curious about CO2 surgery would it help my condition? I'm currently on medication like isotretinoin 20mg and clindamycin 300mg but still struggling with flare-ups. How effective is CO2 surgery compared to these meds and what should I expect?
This condition may require clinical evaluation to determine the exact cause and treatment. Some cases can be managed conservatively, while others may need surgical intervention depending on size, symptoms, and severity. Regular follow-up is important to monitor progress.
