I've had two cyst lumps in my groin for about a year now and want to get rid of them. They don't hurt or itch - is there any way to remove them without surgery?

He doesn't want surgery right now since he's not having any major issues, but I'm worried about the hernia getting bigger. Can Ayurveda help treat this condition or slow down its growth?

I've had a lump on my chest for a few months now, and it's pressing on my esophagus because sometimes I have trouble swallowing food. It feels like it's right under the skin, maybe on the middle chest bone at the bottom. It's about an inch in diameter, soft, moving, and not painful. Im wondering if it could be a Lipoma since I have other similar lumps on my arms and thighs that haven't caused problems. I haven't been able to see a doctor in person yet because of Covid. Do you think this is likely a benign, noncancerous tumor? Any advice or suggestions would be really helpful.
