My 72-year-old dad has an umbilical hernia that's been growing in size. We tried homeopathy for a year but it didn't help. I've had a lump on my chest for a few months now, and it's pressing on my esophagus because sometimes I have trouble swallowing food. It feels like it's right under the skin, maybe on the middle chest bone at the bottom. It's about an inch in diameter, soft, moving, and not painful. Im wondering if it could be a Lipoma since I have other similar lumps on my arms and thighs that haven't caused problems. I haven't been able to see a doctor in person yet because of Covid. Do you think this is likely a benign, noncancerous tumor? Any advice or suggestions would be really helpful.
