I've had varicocele in my left testicle for the past 7 years and it's been causing me pain. I'm unmarried and wondering if this can be treated with medication or if I'll need surgery. What are my options?

A varicocelectomy is a surgical procedure that treats severe varicoceles that are painful or affect your fertility. A surgeon who specializes in conditions that affect your urinary system and reproductive system will cut your affected veins and seal off the ends.

View allMy friend is 31 and has been trying to have kids for the last 6 years. He just got an ultrasound scan that showed left varicocele. Is this likely causing fertility issues and can it be treated with medication or does he need surgery
A left varicocele, especially in someone actively trying to conceive, could be a contributing factor to infertility. While some varicoceles don't require treatment, if it's significantly affecting sperm quality or production, surgery might be considered. Medications may help manage pain or discomfort, but they won't address the underlying cause of the varicocele

I've been having some issues during sex where I end up ejaculating really quickly, which leaves me and my partner feeling pretty disappointed. I also noticed that my penis seems to lose its size pretty fast during sex. I'm really looking for some advice on how to handle these problems. Any tips on what I can do?
-It sounds like you're experiencing premature ejaculation and possibly reduced erection firmness during sex, which can be frustrating. Solutions include trying relaxation techniques, practicing mindfulness, using desensitizing products, or seeking guidanc
