I've had vitiligo for the past three months and I'm really worried can stress actually cause it? Also is surgery an option to treat my patches? They're spreading and I don't know what to do

Yes, stress can play a role in both the development and progression of vitiligo. While not the direct cause, stress can trigger or worsen vitiligo in individuals who are genetically predisposed or have other risk factors. Surgery, including skin grafting or melanocyte transplantation, is a treatment option for vitiligo, particularly for areas with stable disease and where other methods have not been effective

View allI've just started taking doxycycline and lactic acid bacillus capsules called doxy1 LDR FORTE for my acne, and I'm a bit unsure if this is the right treatment. Also, I'm curious about what the difference is between Doxy SL and doxy1 LDR FORTE. Can you help explain this?

I've been dealing with a really painful situation for the last couple of months. There are these small cuts on the top of my penis head that just won't heal properly. They get sticky, and it's getting harder to pull the skin back when I pee. Even when they seem to heal after about two or three days, they just reopen when the skin stretches. What should I do? I really need some advice and medication to fix this.
Candid cream for local application is advised for 3 weeks, along with tab flucanozole 150 mg once a week for 2 weeks is advised to the patient.

I've been struggling with a severe fungal infection that I had a few years back, and it cleared up with terbest 250 mg and a cream. But now it's come back in the same spot. Should I start taking terbest 250 mg daily again? And for how long would I need to continue the treatment this time?
