I've had this whistling sound whenever I forcefully exhale from my lungs since childhood. I don't have any breathing difficulties, but it also happens when I laugh really hard. Is this something I should be worried about?

I'm 25 and having a bit of a scare here. I've been coughing up this black phlegm, dealing with nasal congestion, and feeling breathless, but it gets a bit better after I cough. I havent smoked ever, and I live in an area with clean air, so Im really confused. What could be going on with me? And what kind of medication should I be considering? Also, I'm not experiencing any cough or fever along with it.

I'm wondering if pneumonia and tuberculosis leave the same kind of scar on your lungs after you've been treated. Could the scarring look similar, or do they have distinct differences? Just trying to understand what kind of impact these infections might have long-term.
