I'm dealing with a cold and running nose issue since I was a kid, and I found out I have asthma in 2016. I've been using that Budamate inhaler twice a day along with Arzep and Metatop nasal sprays. Originally, I used the sprays every day, twice a day, but now I only use them when my cold flares up. So here are my questions: sometimes I get a runny nose right when I wake up. Is it okay to use the Arzep and Metatop nasal sprays on an empty stomach? And can I use the inhaler on an empty stomach too? Another thing, I've been controlling my cold with Arzep, but are there any long-term effects if I keep using these nasal sprays regularly? I'm kinda worried about any side effects.

What is meant by pleural-based homogeneous soft tissue opacities? I got my CT scan report, and it mentions two pleural-based homogeneous soft tissue opacities. One is about 44.7mm by 18.3mm in the posterior lateral basal segment and another 55.5mm by 26mm in the posterior and medial basal segment of the right lower lobe. Theres also a smaller one, about 12.5mm by 3.9mm in the superior segment of the left lower lobe. The report says there's no calcification or lucent areas in the masses, and no hilar lymphadenopathy or pleural effusion, thickening, or calcification. Could you help me understand what all this means?

I've been dealing with some health issues for a while now, and I'm really concerned. So, I had a fever for nearly two weeks starting around mid-April, and the highest it got was 103.5 degrees. It seemed like COVID since I had symptoms like loss of taste and smell, shortness of breath, weakness, and a persistent headache, but my COVID tests came back negative. I ended up in the hospital for a day and a half, and after getting some treatment, my fever went away. But I still can't catch a deep breath; I get winded easily, even with minimal activity. It's been about a month since I was discharged from the hospital, and this issue hasn't improved. What kind of doctor should I see, and what steps can I take to address this? I'm really looking for some guidance on what might be going on.
