I've heard some Muslim brothers get surgery on their penis for better sexual pleasure for their partner. Is that actually a thing? What does it involve and are there any risks or benefits I should know about?

I'm really curious about how I can make my penis muscles stronger. Do Kegel exercises help with that, or should I focus on other physical exercises too? I want to know which exercises are the most effective for strengthening those muscles.

To strengthen the penis muscles, focus on exercises that target the pelvic floor muscles, such as Kegel exercises, which involve contracting and releasing the muscles that stop urine flow; other beneficial exercises include pelvic tilts, bridges, and squats; additionally, physical exercises like weightlifting, running, and swimming can improve overall cardiovascular health and blood flow, which can also benefit penis health; remember to also practice good lifestyle habits, such as maintaining a healthy weight, managing stress, and getting enough sleep.

Should we be concerned about this?

urine culture and sensitivity is advised to the patient.
